1. General Provisions & Definitions

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and enjoy services on kx888, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

kx888 provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to specific terms.

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 10 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds may only be wagered on designated games.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
• If there is any suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation, the bonus on that account may be cancelled.
• kx888 reserves the right to change bonus terms or discontinue bonus offers at any time.

6. Betting Rules & Restrictions

All decisions regarding betting on kx888 are final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error or discrepancy, kx888 reserves the right to void that bet.

For sports betting:

• All markets operate under general rules.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or incomplete, the bet will be settled according to kx888's specific rules.
• kx888 is not responsible for losses caused by disconnection during live betting.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse using multiple accounts is prohibited.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. The game provider's own rules also apply.

7. VIP & Loyalty Programme

kx888's VIP programme has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Promotion or demotion within VIP tiers is at kx888's discretion. kx888 reserves the right to change the programme's rules.

VIP benefits cannot be transferred to another account. If an account is closed, the accumulated VIP points or benefits on that account will also be cancelled.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx888 platform:

• Managing an account on behalf of a minor or allowing them to play.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Gaining unfair advantage through bots, automated software, or any other technical manipulation.
• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Bonus abuse — the same person claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Hacking, attacking servers, or attempting to compromise platform security.
• Harassing, insulting, or attempting to harm other users.
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors on the platform for personal gain.

If any of the above activities are found, kx888 may immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the kx888 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the intellectual property of kx888. Reuse, copying, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
